Any suggestions for using the free turbine point this week ?
I am F2P (well premium) and i use my TP to buy adventure packs when there are promotion
But this week, there are 100 free TP. However, 100 TP is not a lot and usually when there is a discount on an adventure pack, it is often more than 100 TP
So on what can i spend those 100 TP (i have more TP in bank, but i keep them for more adventure packs or shared bank)
I have looked at DDOWiki and the only thing that can be good to buy with those 100 tp is Small Hireling Contract Folder 95 TP or maybe Customizable Trinket 150 TP
Any other idea ?

1. Don't spend it on consumables please, it makes Nive sad. You can use shards of power from shroud to make a trinket. Buy the Reaver's Reach pack (if don't have it already), with 100tp off it will be 150 points total, this is like 40% off.
2. You can (could) combine this with 35% sale on devil Assault to get it for 145 TP total. Not sure if the offer is still valid as of time writing this, and TP/favor ratio is still above 4, so I personally passed up on that.

Thanks for the advises. I don't like consumable so i purchased the Small Hireling Contract Folder. Devil Assault wasn't at 35% (and this pack is not on my priority list as other packs looks better). Rever reach could also be something good, but i guess there will be more discount on adventure pack later

I considered the contract folder but when i saw it was BTC i opted instead for plain old essences. If the store bags and other containers were BTA they would be far more useful.

I, myself, was considering this same thing. I am a F2P also, who got a good jumpstart when I bought the MOTU (sp?) pre-order. Since then have bought a few more, so here is what packs I am choosing from:
Tangleroot Gorge Sharn Syndicate Three-Barrel Cove Sorrowdusk Isle Ruins of Threnal Restless Isles Devils of Shavarath Druids Deep
I don't have Gaintshold either, but it cost to much to only get 100 off. I was thinking Sharn Syndicate or Sorrowdusk Isle.
My two mains are lvl 7 (finishing up my lvl 5 quest [on hard]) and lvl 13.
If I got Sharn Syndicate it would be for next time around, but it be cheap.
Its either buy an adventure pack or Loot Gems for 100. I was thinking maybe I should get another toon slot. lol I can't play my two mains enough, much less another mule slot.

dear narkon, you are not a free to play player if you bought something with money you are premium. sometimes there is a build your own discount event, if you spend at least 1500 or 3000tps you get the full purchase for -30% i bought the largest thin quiver (holding 4 types for 1500) probably i wouldnt suggest anyone to do the same... i just play 1 toon, and when i buy a adv pack or monster manual i prefer to do it at least with a 20% discount...

Lol, your right Nayo, I am a "Premium". I do limited my actual money spending. And do favor runs regularly to get the 25 TP they give me. The truth, could not remember how to spell the word "Premium".
I wasted my 100 points, for I couldn't make up my mind, and time was running out. Didn't make enough favor runs to make Sharn for free.

The quests are short, blocky and not all that much fun and the rewards are lvl 1, even on elite. No wilderness, unless you consider running back thru the mkt at the end of every short quest in town. Sorrowdusk has leveled quests, a decent wilderness and of course, rares to chase after. It is challenging at level. Some quests require a balanced party. You will definitely get more bang for your buck with Sorrowdusk.

I will definitely keep that in mind. Think I am going to hold on to the precious little bit of TP I have, and wait for Gainthold to come on sale.
See if I can get some TP as a present form someone in the family. lol
